John Wildgen, DDS
Dr. Wildgen grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from dental school at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. He spent six years in the U.S. Army serving in Europe, at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Wildgen moved to the Lake area in January, 1991, having bought a one-chair practice in the lower level of the Laurie Terrace Mall. In 1996 he moved to his current building, now an 8-chair practice, on Highway 5 in Laurie.
Dr. Wildgen has acquired new laser equipment and can perform various procedures that are painless and less invasive. He strives to keep up with all the latest technologies.
Dr. Wildgen is married with two children, a son and a daughter.
Dr. Wildgen enjoys traveling, boating, scuba diving, snow skiing and continuing educational courses to stay abreast of the latest technologies in dentistry.
Martin J. Borrok, DDS
Dr. Martin J. Borrok was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Berkeley High School and continued his education in St. Louis at Washington University. He graduated in three years with a B.A. in biology, and received his Doctor of Dental Science degree in 1971.
Upon graduation, Dr. Borrok joined the Army Reserves and moved to Kirksville, Missouri. For two years he was an associate in a local dental practice serving Kirksville and Lancaster, Missouri.
In 1973 Dr. Borrok opened his own practice in Kirksville, MO and has been practicing general dentistry ever since.
Dr. Borrok and his wife, Patricia, have four children: David, Kate, Jack and Andy.
Dr. Borrok enjoys hunting and fishing in Northeast Missouri. He was introduced to the area during hunting trips with his uncle, and this strongly influenced his decision to establish a practice in the Kirksville area.
He has also learned to fly airplanes at the Kirksville Regional and is a part-time certified flight instructor.
